Discovering A Passion To Play With Paint

Friends – Cupboard Natural Foods hired my husband and me in Denton, Texas, 27 years ago to create images for the grocery store to use throughout their space. The small business wanted me to create a custom painting incorporating many of the elements we developed for them. I discovered a passion for playing with paint, and many of the techniques that I learned from experimenting with glazes, acrylics, and ink on this piece are found in the paintings that I currently create.
